The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a small, neat, tidy and local portfolio. Working in a large network that dominates, this is an opportunity to join an elite brand with plenty of training, systems and structure. You will be responsible for:

• Managing a small portfolio of ONLY 80 properties Liaise with Landlords and tenants
• Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Arrears control
• Manage repairs & Maintenance
• Handling Rent Reviews
• Conducting the Leasing Process
• NO Accounts

 
The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Real Estate – You could be a Property Office Stepping up!?
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service 
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
