Our client is driven by results and service & reaps the benefits of a vibrant Beaches marketplace. In seeking a new addition to their Property Management team, they are looking for someone with drive and passion for their work. This is a key role within the organisation and you will be working closely with the Department Head of the team to autonomously mange a portfolio
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Day to day management of 150 properties
- Maintain the portfolio to a high standard
- Minimise arrears
- Undertake annual rent review and relet processes
- Liaise with an oversee a Leasing Executive
- Dispute resolution and attending Tribunal where required
To be considered for this role, you will need to display the following:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Proactive attitude with great attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation and ability to communicate succinctly
- Love your work and strive to be the best
