The Workforce Manager will be accountable for driving and delivering performance requirements across a facilities services contract and will provide support to fieldstaff including subcontractors under their control.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing the Workplace Management Plan and Workforce Management Plan
- Administering staff employment documentations and certifications
- Ensuring compliance, and monitoring and reporting of workplace requirements
- Acting as point of contact for liaison with Unions and representative bodies.
Your experience will include:
- Prior knowledge in managing a large and dynamic workforces delivering contract services background
- Proven record management of people and teams
- Actively participate in inductions and training sessions
- Effectively communicate, energise and educate across the organisation.
