Ray White Caloundra is looking for an Experienced Property Manager.
We are a successful real estate business with a strong corporate brand underpinning our reputation. Based in a friendly and busy office environment, you will enjoy being an integral part of this team. Working as part of our Property Management team, you will be highly organised and efficient with significant attention to detail.

We believe that the Property Management department is one of the keys to a successful business and our priority is to invest in all the resources necessary to ensure the continued growth and achievement of our team.
If you're experienced in all facets of Property Management including:
High level of customer service – client first mentality
Routine Inspections
Entry / Exit inspections
Maintenance
Lease renewals
Arrears
Property Me experience would be advantageous

To be successful in this role you will need:

Current Drivers Licence & Vehicle Registration

Property Management Registration (Real Estate Certificate)

Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance; and

Possess exceptional organisation and communication skills
