Job Description
Step away from the standard support role and get involved in key business activities dealing with our high-profile leasing agents within our telco leasing team. We currently seeking a confident and proactive Lease Administrator to support our growing team on a permanent basis.
Based in North Sydney this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills and high attention to detail in this autonomous role. You'll be supporting a driven, dynamic team within a fast paced, collaborative and supportive environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Process and administer Accounts Payable invoices relating to rent, taxes and other property expenses
- Manage payment queries, complete account reconciliations and resolve payment disputes
- Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database
- Issuing of insurance certificate of currency where required
- Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates
- General team and office administration
Qualifications
In addition to having a strong client-oriented approach, the successful candidate will hold:
- 2+ years’ experience in Accounts and Administration
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible approach to work – willing to work outside normal job requirements.
- Ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team when required
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask
- High level of initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements as necessary
