 ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT

• 360 management of 100 properties (no trust or BDM)
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Organising maintenance & repairs
• Rent arrears & lease renewals
• Conducting inspections (on IPAD)
• Home opens
• New PCR's outsourced

To be considered for this assignment you will ideally possess the following;

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager in the WA market
• Exceptional organisational skills & ability to take direction
• Valid Certificate of Registration (WA)
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Working knowledge of REST
• Competent PC skills (Microsoft)
• Professional presentation & motivated attitude
• Time management skills & strong attention to detail
• Clean references
