The client
Our client, a diverse property company, has recently purchased a number of specialised businesses and has bought them together to form one large company specialising in the management of residential property.
Located in stunning, purpose built offices in Melbourne's inner south-east, they have over 2000 properties under management, being lead by an outstanding COO, a dynamic Coaching and Training specialist and three teams of Property Managers. These teams are supported by specialised Leasing Consultants, Inspection Managers and Business Development Managers.
The role
Our client has inherited and sourced some amazing talent for their business and are now looking for a Team Leader / Senior Property Manager to oversee one of their three teams of Property Managers, with a view to progressing to Department Manager.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the company COO and will be responsible for managing around 5 to 6 Portfolio Managers, plus managing a small portfolio.
Your number one priority is to ensure the smooth running and efficient management of the portfolios within your team. You will have full autonomy regarding client matters including company expenditure to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
Skills and Experience
This role requires an experienced Property Manager who has managed staff before. You will need to have outstanding problem solving skills along with the ability to read situations and be able to problem solve in an effective manner.
This position will predominantly be Monday to Friday and is paying a generous salary package.
