We are currently seeking a multi-skilled Assistant Development Manager to join our dynamic in house Property team to participate the delivery of an exciting development project.
The Assistant Development Manager will work closely with the Development and Property team across all aspects of business including reporting forecasting and development management.
To be successful in this key role, you must have:
- Tertiary qualification in the property related degree, Bachelor Degree in Property, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering or Law is preferred
- 2+ years of property development and construction experience.
- Design and construction management exposure.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Financial management and reporting including cost control management.
- Bachelor Degree in Property, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering or Law is preferred
