Client
Our client is one of Australia's premier residential development companies. They have a number of stunning, quality projects across the mid north coast of NSW through to south east queensland. 

Role
Due to continued growth they are looking for a Sales Director who will be based in their head office in Sydney and be responsible for the management and growth of their sales team across NSW and QLD. This is a senior role within the company and will see you working alongside the MD and General Manager of the business. We are looking for a proven professional who has experience with 

As the Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Working alongside the Development manager across the feasibility and acquisition of sites and projects
  • Working alongside the Development Manager and Managing Director across delivery of large scale commercial, retail, residential and master planned community projects
  • Development and implementation of key business initiatives and incentives resulting in achievable and realistic KPIs for the sales team
  • Ongoing training and mentoring of sales team
  • Forecasting of potential sales
    - Develop and manage sales reports
    - Facilitating and execution of tenders and HIA building contracts
  • Devising and implementation of marketing plans
To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you will require:
  • Local experience across large scale projects from raw site to turn key operation
  • Understanding of cost and budget reporting
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to client requirements
  • Extensive and measurable experience managing a sales team and driving growth and sales revenue
  • A high level of business acumen
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
