We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Asset Services division to support one of our key client portfolios based in the western Sydney region. Reporting into the Senior Facility Manager this role will see you accountable for the efficient, cost effective operation, maintenance and development of all services within a portfolio of industrial assets.
Key responsibilities of the role include;
- Managing operating expenditure at sites to within budget
- Foster and encourage optimal customer engagement and develop long term proactive relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to with particular regard to statutory code requirements, essential services certifications, occupational health and safety, building services operation and emergency procedures.
- Administration & reporting, including strategy plans, budgeting and financial reporting
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in:
- Facilities management within industrial assets
- Possess excellent & interactive service delivery relationship skill
- Application of statutory legislation imposing or affecting operations and building services including Occupational Health
- Proven capabilities in managing Capex and operating expenditure budgets
- Effectively managing several functions and project simultaneously
- A driver’s license and car are required.
