The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Development Manager to join the development team. Reporting to the State Development Manager, the individual will:

• Acquire new development sites
• Engage in complex feasibility on both retail/residential sites
• Structure development deals
• Manage the town planning process
• Oversee the delivery of projects, utilising internal & external PMs
• Stakeholder management – property operations, consultants, contractors, JV partners, authorities 

The role would suit an experienced DM or SDM.
 
The Individual

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years experience, min 5 in development
• Apartments experience essential, mixed use ideal
• Experience in acquisitions
• Experience at a senior level, with full financial responsibility and autonomy of decision making on projects
