Job Description
Our highly successful Retail team is looking to recruit, after being appointed to lease the Home Consortium portfolio across 3 states. Due to this growth, we are seeking a Senior Leasing Executive to join the team and continue the momentum in Large Format Retail.
This vacancy presents a fantastic opportunity to be involved in some exciting new development projects across NSW. Working with an experienced Large Format Retail Agent, your focus will involve the leasing of Large Format Retail showrooms as well as new developments across the state.
In addition, you will be accountable for:
- Actively pursuing new appointments to act for Large Format Retail organisations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.
- Acquiring and implementing leasing campaigns for both managed Large Format Retail properties and new developments.
- Contributing towards the production of proposals, pitches and project promotional material.
- Maintaining the client database including data entry of all listings, contact and transactional information.
- Negotiating and preparing lease agreements.
Qualifications
In order to be considered, you will ideally possess:
- Real Estate Certificate/Licence
- A leasing or sales background within the Industrial or Retail market
- Excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trends
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented attitude
