Our client operates one of the most respected Real Estate agencies on the beaches. They are a forward thinking and professional agency with a great company culture, an exceptional market share and strong rent roll. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an ambitious Junior Property Manager to join their highly successful team.

The Position
Due to growth in the business our client is now recruiting for an exceptional Junior Property Manager to assist with a growing portfolio. Managing a small but growing residential portfolio. Work alongside the Senior Property Manager who will provide support and mentoring.
- Landlord liaison
- Maintain tenant relationships
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Arrears management
- Conduct outgoing inspections
- Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
The Person
- Prior Real Estate experience preferred
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Passion for Real Estate and eager for career progression
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Good time management, problem solving and organisational skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Attention to detail
