Commercial Valuer (CPV), join a Multinational Property Valuation Firm, working under two directors who will steer you into the interesting specialist work, while you primarily undertake commercial mortgage projects.
Having secured a sizeable pipeline to be covered, there’s an immediate need for a valuer to come in and start pushing through a range of commercial work in the sub $10m region. You’ll be mostly in the Sydney Basin patch, with the occasional special assignment to Newcastle & Wollongong, covering:
- Commercial office
- Light industrial
- Retail
- Development
- Government/Statutory – infrastructure, heritage
Sitting with two experienced Associate Directors, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to be directed and trained into further interesting specialist fields. As a major multinational there’s plenty of room to move across specialisations and up in the organisation. The directors you’re working below can expose you to:
