Due to a growing portfolio, we are now seeking a highly energetic and passionate Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to expand our team.
Key Responsibility
· Follow up on repairs & maintenance requests
· Prepare lease documents
· Liaison with Tenants & Landlords
· Ingoing and outgoing inspections
· Conduct routine inspections & prepare reports for Landlords
· Monitor rental payments and chasing arrears
Requirements:
· Minimum of two years experience in property management (Property Manager)
· Minimum of one year experience in real estate (Assistant Property Manager)
· Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
· High level attention to detail and immaculate presentation
· Experience with Property Tree and Microsoft Office
· Current Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate Licence
· Australia driver licence
· Passion, motivation and a desire to succeed in the industry
· Fluent English, speak Mandarin is an advantage
