Rental Management Australia is one of the largest and fastest growing Property Management Companies servicing WA, VIC and QLD.  

Unlike traditional Real Estate Agents who direct heir energy into selling property, Rental Management Australia focuses solely on managing rental properties.

We are currently looking to further expand our portfolio and in order to do so we need dynamic, resourceful and hard working people to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new leads
• Diligent follow up of new leads and opportunities
• Listing new managements
• Develop and maintain business relationships
• Source and build new networks
• Day to day management of CRM and Activity reports

This positon will be based in our Joondalup office and will appeal to those living north of the river.

Skills and experience:

• The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development within the real estate industry.  
• Strong Customer service 
• Well presented, professional and driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team and independently
• Current Driver's licence
• Reliable car
• Property Management or sales registration preferable
