This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join one of Melbourne’s premier agencies, operating for over 25 years in Southbank. With a strong team that is now growing, they are looking to find the right candidate to join their award winning team!
  
The Role:
Managing a high end, well-maintained portfolio with plenty of support and training to structure your career to the best, Monday - Friday. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio in a tidy condition.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Managing a clean portfolio of 180 properties
• Communicating effectively with landlords
• Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
• Manage and Conduct routine inspections
• Handling Rent Reviews
• Working 2 Saturdays on, 2 Saturdays off

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Experience using CONSOLE & Inspection express, preferred but not essential
• Must be experienced with VCAT
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
