About the Role:
  
Working as the Junior Property Manager you will be required to help manage Portfolios whilst Property Managers are on annual leave. If you have been an Assistant Property Manager looking to make the step up or feel like you are managing a Portfolio in another company with little support. This will be your best opportunity to be trained the right way!
  
Saturdays are rotated 1 in 4 with Time in Lieu. This position is only available due to company expansion. Mobile phone also provided. 
  
Your key responsibilities as a Junior Property Manager include:

• Managing the Property Managers Portfolios whenever they are on Annual Leave
• Reference checking tenants
• Handling repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with landlords and tenants

 
Skills and experience required for the role:

• A minimum of 6-12 months of experience as an Assistant Property Manager
• A current certificate of registration
• Your own car and a valid drivers license
• Come with glowing work references
• Stable work history
