Our client is a privately-owned Development group specializing in the development, commercial leasing and Facilities management of commercial office buildings here in Melbourne.  They have a strong portfolio and due to growth are looking to bring a Project Manager / Facilities Manager on board.

Reporting to the General Manager you will oversee a portfolio of buildings and be responsible for the day to day management being the primary contact for all facilities management services. Your focus will be on the scheduling of preventative / reactive maintenance, responding to urgent maintenance, essential services, upgrades / plant equipment and maintenance scheduling. 

To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in a similar role within Facilities / Project Work.  You will have a strong understanding of the hard services including HVAC, Fire Services, Lifts and BAS Systems.
  
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage contractors to ensure works are completed on time.  You will also have further studies in Building / Facilities or Engineering.
