NGU Real Estate Capalaba has just opened and we are in need of office administrator/property associate that can adapt and expand with our team.
NGU Real Estate is known for a Never Give Up attitude, creative out of the box thinking and innovative idea's to stay one step ahead of the competition.
This position is a full time position - Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and rate of pay will be at award rates, however we reward hard work plus their is a bonus structure in place to reward people going the extra mile.
Some of your key duties may include -
* Answering telephones
* Issuing work orders to trades people
* Booking advertising with contractors for sales and rental properties
* Receipting rental monies
* Calling tenants overdue in rent
* Processing and handling contracts of sale
* Scheduling calendars as needed
* Cleaning and maintaining office standards

We are looking for someone who -
* Has a drivers licence and reliable car
* Is trustworthy, honest and can work unsupervised
* Own's a NEVER GIVE UP attitude
It would be advantageous to already have a real estate licence (either registered or ready to be registered), however is not essential, but will be highly regarded.
