This nationally-recognised company is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join the team. This team monitor and coordinate a section of the property that is leased by the business. They concentrate on leases for the mobile infrastructure network including Telecommunication Towers and Network Lines.
About the role
This role reports directly to the Manager of Network Property Programs. The team monitor and coordinate all property that is leased by the business. There are 1,000s of sites around NSW and beyond. The team ensures that all tenure arrangements and ongoing rental obligations are updated and complied with. This would suit a candidate with Property, real estate and/or legal background.
The successful candidate will have a background in property, ideally commercial or retail.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Preparing accurate and timely Lease documentation based on drafts received from the team
- Collating all electronic reference materials for each site into a central ‘Tenure Renewal’ Folder for the Property Leasing Executive (PLE) to review
- Assisting the Executive and Legal team with regard to contract creations and renewals were necessary
- Corresponding with the Network Property Portfolio Managers and Property Coordinators to obtain relevant updates on lease renewals
- Updating project tracker spreadsheets to capture progress of leasing negotiations and report on research and information obtained
- Assisting the Leasing Executives and team to manage the tenure documentation process from an administrative stand-point
Selection criteria include:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to be pre-emptive and pro-active
- Exposure to a fast-paced project delivery environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, attention to detail and conflict-resolution skills
- Clear understanding of the importance of following policies and procedures
- Ability to be flexible and to work independently, illustrating extraordinary capacity to prioritise a heavy workload while working towards the team’s goal
