Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up clients' inquiry
- Organising and attending clients' appointments and inspections
- Recommend suitable real estate products and provide investment solutions
- Assist contract signing. follow up deposits and property settlement
Skills & Experience
- Customer oriented and down to earth attitude
- Honest, enthusiastic, optimistic and highly motived
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Hold current driver's license and referred Agent Representative Certificate
