THE CLIENT: 

A privately owned developer is looking to add an experienced Development Manager to join their team. Their developments have been recognised internationally and locally with award winning designs by renowned architects making them instantly recognisable. Our client specialises in Commercial and Industrial developments and continue to focus on securing future acquisitions to build on the current portfolio. 

  You will need: 

• Property related Tertiary Qualification
• Exposure and experience with updating financial models and reporting is essential
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage consultants and contractors
• Drive to succeed and earn autonomy in the business
