What is the opportunity?
We are currently looking for someone to step in and manage a well maintained portfolio of approx 100 properties located South of the River while getting provided with full support and the flexibility to work from home.
What are we looking for?
An experienced Property Manager that wants to be valued and enjoys coming to work, has a passion for people and problem solving. You must have a current drivers license, property management registration and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
You will need good communication skills, both written and verbal, be very organised, a responsible attitude, the ability to multi-task, and be open and willing to learn. You will need to be accurate, have strong PC skills, dependable and be able to handle interruptions and change.
What will you be doing?
You will be running a portfolio of approx 100 properties, doing all aspects pertaining to the management, except trust accounting, leasing & business development as we have other team members that carry out these roles. There are also no PCRs that need to be done as these are outsourced. Your duties will include:
- Routine Inspections
- Rent Reviews
- Lease renewals
- Management Authority Renewals
- Arrears management
- Handling of maintenance
- Final bond inspections
You will have plenty of support given by our virtual assistants, team and head of property management.
