The Company
My client is a well-respected, award winning developer of luxury residential & commercial properties. There projects are well known and attract interest from buyers & investors that follow their work. They have multiple projects in the CBD and surrounds.
The Opportunity
You will be working with an industry leader with an enviable portfolio of current and future apartment developments.
This role will involve you in the sales of off-the-plan luxury apartment projects, from generating leads and developing relationships with prospective buyers, to seeing through the sales process from start to finish.
Your required skill set:
- Experienced in Residential real Estate Sales
- Certificate of Registration
- Strong relationship building skills
- An ethical, consultative manner
- A real drive to achieve and exceed targets & Proven track record of success
- Strong negotiation skills
