Retail Lease Administrator role for a leading diversified property organisation.
Your new company
Our client is one of the leading diversified property organisations in Australia. They have a strong reputation with the industry and are currently on the lookout for a retail lease administrator.
Your new role
Key responsibilities of the role include preparing documentation for lease renewals & new lease deals and providing assistance to the senior lease administrators. Also, you will monitor progress of documentation for appropriate centres and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will ideally have at one year of experience in retail lease administration or alternatively experience as a paralegal. You will have a high attention to detail, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines. A strong understanding of the retail leases act is a must and a law background will be looked upon favourably.
