The Position

We are looking for a first-class senior project sales individual who can build this arm of the business from scratch.You will possess an entrepreneurial flair as the opportunity & possibilities within this role are huge. We already have a number of award winning projects listed with us and you will be in charge of continuing this growth along with recruiting your own team of agents.This will be an exciting & challenging opportunity for anyone who is willing to take it on.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be tasked with managing and building the project sales arm of the business, as well as the below following responsibilities:
  • Liaising and developing strong working relationships with local & international developers - Strong connections & BDM skills
  • Educating the market on who we are & signing up developments - lead/or conjunction agent
  • In charge of the end to end sales process & making sure everything is compliant
  • Managing buyer database & all buyer enquiry
  • Qualifying and managing leads
  • Liaising with our in-house marketing team to create marketing budgets & advertising
  • Providing a first class level of customer service
  • Attending project display open homes & private buyer inspections
  • Building market knowledge & brand awareness for Upside
  • Recruit & build your own team of Project Sales Assistants/Sales Agents
The candidate
  • Previous 6 years Project Sales/Off The Plan experience either with a Property Developer, Project Marketer or Real Estate agency
  • Experience selling apartment or townhouse stock is essential
  • Strong performers with a good track record in sales
  • Experience selling a high-end product preferred
  • Polished presentation
  • Customer centric and engaging personality
  • Availability to work weekends as is the expected in Off The Plan sales
  • Driver’s licence and car
  • Agent’s Rep Certificate or Licence
