Our client has engaged us exclusively to seek an experienced Trust Administrator to join their growing team based in the CBD.
This roles reports directly to the CFO and the role is looking after the companies own portfolio across both Commercial & Residential Assets. Our client prides themselves on company culture and career progression.
  
Job Description:

• Accounts Payable - Cheque runs/reviews
• Accounts Receivable – Advertising & Marketing invoices, tenant invoicing, Rental receipting, Arrears
• Cash Management
• Reporting – Daily, Weekly & Monthly
• Invoicing 
• Asset Management administration – File Compliance, Real Estate audit
• Group meeting
• Working closely with the Asset Management Division
• Implement way to improve processes & procedures

For this role:

• Experienced in Commercial and/or Residential Trust Accounting
• Previous experience working for Real Estate company
• Highly professional
• Well spoken & well presented
• Agents Rep (ideally)
• Strong work ethic
• Amazing customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Loves numbers!!!!
