The opportunity has arisen for a driven, dedicated & proactive individual to join their team of professionals as their new ELITE Leasing Consultant! The last leasing Consultant has been promoted into a property management role … this company has huge growth for your career down the track!! This is your opportunity to work in a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support. With a Rent role of just over 700 you are sure to be kept on your toes with no two days the same! Exciting right?

Your role will involve:

• Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding enquiries
• Leasing of available properties
• Open for inspections 
• Processing applications 
• Working with the Business Development Manager & the property managers
• Ad Hoc Administration duties

Skills & Experience Required:

The successful candidate will have a an excellent attitude and the following skills:

• Valid Agents Representative Certificate
• Immaculate presentation and communication skills
• 3 months MINIMUM experience essential!
• A desire to excel and work as part of a high performing team
• Car and Driver’s License
