NEW FINANCIAL YEAR NEW ME... Our Client is one of Melbourne’s oldest real estate agencies, cemented in to their local community. They are currently seeking an Energetic, Fun Property Manager to combine forces and run this Portfolio and in return they ensure loyalty and dedication is not taken for granted and are happy to invest in their staff, their skills and job satisfaction. 

The Role:
  • $Up to 75,000 Salary Package 
  • Portfolio of 155 properties with leasing support 
  • Saturdays are 1 in 4 and moving to 1 in 5
  • Client and tenant liaison
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Bond applications and returns
  • In going and Outgoing inspections
  • Arrears
The Candidate:
  • Previous Property Management Experience 
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license 
  • Immaculately presented and well groomed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Motivated & ability to work in a team
