We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations who lives and breathes Real Estate, to run a newly merged office in the North West Slopes!
  
As the General Manager you will lead a team of 25 professionals and external consultants to meet and exceed project objectives, understand and commit to achieving targets around growth, gain community knowledge & cohesively run the business. This unique role will have you cover all facets of the development process, from ongoing development of Residential and Commercial, through to delivery of its keys stages.
  
The right person needs to have experience as a residential and commercial sales agent. You will need to be willing to manage/oversee leaders in both departments sales & property management.

Tasks:
  • Familiarise yourself with local rural real estate owners and developers
  • Actively maintain a working knowledge of the competitive market
  • Monitor new developments
  • Evaluate information collected locally
  • Share information with internal departments including Leasing, Sales, Marketing, & Property Management
  • Provide an engaging work environment by generating an amazing culture & encouraging the team to strive for their best
  • Supervise, lead and train the on-site employees
  • Drive internal relationships and departments to align for a cohesive team environment.
  • Monitoring all monthly and quarterly management reports to meet all required expectations, to include, budget variance reports, reforecasts and income and expense reports with variances noted.
  • Keep up to date with operations and financial policies, procedures and systems.
  • Implementation of ongoing training, utilization and compliance with all company policies and Fair Trading
  • Effective real estate management of properties and their managements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years experience in real estate and property/asset management, marketing, leasing of commercial buildings, or related fields.

  • Ability to lead, manage and mentor a high performing real estate team.
  • Strong and proven real estate and property background
  • Proven Successful Management Experience In Real Estate or similar field
  • High degree of energy, initiative and self-motivation.
  • Previous Experience in business planning/expansion and growth
