My client is the sleekest and most sophisticated residential development group in Sydney. Set in stunning CBD offices with a team of highly successful and well regarded staff across all departments this group can see you take your sales career to the next level whilst working on some of the most unique and iconic residential developments across Sydney. The role:
A pure off plan sales role that will see you report to the Sales Director where you will work from various state of the art display suites throughout Sydney selling exclusive residential off plan apartments. You will focus on qualifying buyer inquiry and converting it into appointments to then negotiate and close sales.This role does require weekend work but two days off in lieu of working weekends is on offer to ensure work life balance.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record in project sales at an elite level as well as fluent Mandarin language skills along with;
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- 2 years off plan sales experience
- Solid knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
- Ability to follow up leads & work through a database to generate sales
