 Our client is a boutique Estate agency that is family owned and run. They are looking for an energetic and experienced Commercial Property Manager or an experienced Residential Property Manager looking to take the next step in the career.

With a shared portfolio of Commercial properties that you will be looking after and the ability to go out and bring in new business to earn commissions. Your success will hinge on your ability to provide superior client service, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieve set objectives. A successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the capacity to provide strong leadership. 

Job description: 

• Management of Commercial portfolio
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients
• Management of maintenance
• Negotiations of lease renewals
• Arrears managements
• Business Development
• Marketing/Advertising 

For this role you will have:

• Experience in Commercial Property Management 
• Business Development experience
• Experience with RP Office and/or Agent Box (ideally)
• Reliable car and drivers licence
• Agents Representative certificate or full licence
• Knowledgeable with computers, strong attention to detail
