Our client is a specialist land and community developer with projects across Victoria and NSW.  They are looking to add to their team focused on Melbourne’s Northern Region, seeking as Assistant Development Manager to come on board

You will be reporting in to and working alongside the Senior Development Manager, responsible for the management of the full project of up to 1000 lots to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

To be considered for this position you will have 2-3 years’ experience as an Assistant Development Manager with residential / community land projects. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in engineering ( civils ) or construction. 

You will be working with and mentored by a highly experienced Development Manager that has an outstanding industry reputation.  If you are looking for progression the long term opportunities with this company are excellent!!
