An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lease Admin Manager to join a leading owner/occupier. You will manage and maintain the Group's lease portfolio to ensure the portfolio and team is lead and managed effectively.

Client Details

My client is a leading owner/occupier in the Telecommunications industry who are experiencing high levels of growth and are now looking for a Lease Admin Manager to lead and manage the team.

Description

As Lease Admin manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Group's lease portfolio and to ensure compliance with it's relevant obligations.

Other duties include:

  • Manage all lease administration activities including: billing, revenue sharing, outgoings and rent payments to landlords.
  • Ensure all lease data is accurately managed including entering new leases, variations to existing leases and running integrity reports.
  • Provide excellent leadership to the lease admin team.

Profile

You will have:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role or within industry
  • J D Edwards experience essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who is flexible
  • Excellent customer service
