The Company:
Our client is a well respected agency who are sought after in Sydney's East both on the beaches and surrounding suburbs. Located in stunning newly refurbished offices  they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. 

This role is available due to growth and an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to work within a well established tight knit team.  Day to day your role will include: 

• Manage a neat and tidy portfolio of properties
• Liaise  with both landlords and tenants regarding the maintenance of their property
• Complete repairs & Maintenance
• Arrears management 
• Completion of in going and outgoing residential premises condition reports

Do you have what it takes? 

• Previous experience in Property Management
• Current Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License
• Strong Communication both verbal and written 
• Own car and drivers licence
