ABOUT THE COMPANY.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

You will be required to take care of all aspects of service delivery to the client: liaison with committees, owners, agents, specialist and service providers including meeting, compliance, trust accounts and records management. Experience working with building management committees and/or community associations will be highly regarded. Compliance with the law is fundamental and your integrity will be without question.

DUTIES.

• Manage a portfolio of Buildings
• Attend meetings 
• Maintenance of property appearance and operations
• Budget, forecast and schedule
• Liaise with stakeholders (including Body Corporate's, Developers and Contractors)
• Risk & Insurance
• Take minutes, and complete work orders
• Project manage defects and council orders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 

• Previous Strata Management experience
• Proficient MS programs
• Budgeting and financial management experience
• Certificate of registration must be current
• Strata License is advantageous
