An opportunity has arisen to join the finance team of our successful group. The business prides itself on its personal and professional service to its clients.
Proven ability to work closely with property management teams, strong organisational skills and previous property management trust accounting is essential for this role.
The successful candidate must have an understanding of trust accounting , Console will be essential . Property Me experience would be advantageous also.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- PM Trust (not negotiable)
- Sales Trust
- General Accounting
- Payroll
- Rental receipting/bank downloads
- Daily/Monthly/EOM reconciliations
- Landlord statement runs
- Creditor statement runs
- General trouble shooting
Skills and Experience
- RP Data and Console experience a must.
- Experience in rentals and sales trust accounting
- Exceptional time management
- Current Police Check
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong Communication Skills
- Neat and tidy personal presentation
