Temp with some of Sydney's most renowned and successful real estate agencies! We are currently seeking 5x Property Managers / Leasing Consultants to fill a 3-4 week temporary assignment for some of our most prestigious clients.

The Position

• Conduct open homes and ingoing inspections
• Match suitable tenants to vacant properties
• Manage lease negotiations
• Select and reference check appropriate tenants
• Prepare and sign up lease agreements
• Coordinate advertising and marketing for rentals
• General email correspondence
• Ad hoc administrative duties

The Person

• Previous real estate experience required
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• A reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organisation
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• First class presentation and exceptional people skills!
