The opportunity?

As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy, an opportunity has become available for a Property Administrative Assistant to join the GOS Property team on a 6 month contract. Reporting to the General Manager - Property Management ANZ, you are required to assist the Property Management team in their daily duties and the overall running of the department.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Keeping Data bases up to date such as: Vision (property database) tracking of lease execution, bank guarantee records and insurance register
  • Assisting with the lease renewal process and liaising with agents/landlords on property intentions
  • Preparing ERF documents and letters
  • Provide regular reporting for the business’s on impending expiries and notice required
  • Obtaining and collaborating market property evidence
  • Entering and valuating property data into Oracle

The ideal candidate?

As the ideal candidate you will have the relevant qualifications in Property or Business related disciple combined with demonstrated experience working in a similar role. You will possess exceptional time management skills, strong communication both verbal and written along with a strong attention to detail, planning and organisational skills. You will also have an understanding of commercial and residential property leases and be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
