A full time position is being offered for a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join one of our top performing Property Consultants.
As part of Hobart’s most progressive and professional Real Estate Company you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of the Greater Hobart property market.
If you enjoy dealing with people, have excellent administration and organisational skills, this role is for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Diary & Database Management
- Process contracts
- Follow up contract clauses
- Appointment Preparation
- New Listing Preparation
- Advertising (photos, script, scheduling open homes)
- General Administration Duties
- Social Media Management
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Current drivers license is essential
- Strong computer and database management skills
- Well presented, sharp and confident
- Friendly with a “can do” attitude
- Strong work ethic, with an eye for detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
