About the business and the role
We are looking for a new BDM for our Property Management team.
We love our location in Cottesloe. We look after clients located throughout Perth's beautiful Western suburbs, with a focus on hard work, and a positive attitude.
We believe in offering exceptional levels of communication and service for all of our valued clients- Landlords, Tenants, Contractors and everyone we deal with.
Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for growing our rent roll.
You will be provided all of the leads from our Sales department and our established referral partners, and you will also be responsible for establishing new relationships and sourcing business from your networking efforts and contacts within the community.
We are a high performing Property Management department, often achieving above industry benchmarks in all reportable areas, so you can have confidence that the new clients you work hard to sign up will be looked after well once on board with our department.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have the following experience & skill set-
- A naturally positive & passionate person, you will build excellent rapport with clients naturally.
- Ability to work autonomously to source new business.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role.
- You will love working with us if you are a determined and highly motivated individual, focused on delivering premium outcomes.
- A current Property Management or Real Estate Sales Registration is desirable but not essential.
