Job Description
The role will challenge you to work across a portfolio of CBD and fringe commercial assets including retail, office and industrial as well as a mix of residential assets. You will deal with multiple owners and focus on adding value to our valued clients.
The Ideal candidate
With an established career in Property Management, your proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across clients, contractors and your team has built you a successful career to date and you are looking to expand your capabilities by working across a mixed portfolio properties. The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial as well as good business and financial acumen.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:
- A current real estate license or certificate of registration
- Minimum of three (3) years Property Management experience;
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Experience using industry standard property management systems.
