A bit about my Client:

My Client is a medium sized Strata Management company located in the South Sydney area and the Sutherland Shire. They're currently expanding their entire business from the ground up and require new assets in each team across the board.

With over 11000 lots under their management, they're now wanting to progress in the Strata Management Industry and will continue to grow against their larger competitors. Customer Service and the quality of people are their biggest priorities in the business and industry.

Strata Manager
$75k - $95k + Superannuation + Car + Phone + Schedule B's & Allowances

• Preparation of meetings, agendas, convening & holding meeting in accordance with scheduled timeframes
• Arranging repairs and maintenance
• Liaise with tenants, owners, builders, Real Estate Property Managers and Senior Strata Managers
• Relationship Management
• Maintain a high-level of Client Relationships
• Budget setting and preparation of reports
• Conduct Strata Meetings
• Prepare Agendas
• Action Maintenance request

About:

• 3-6 years' Strata Management experience
• Proven track record of employment
• A clear understanding of the Strata Industry
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Property Industry
• Hold or be willing to get a Strata License
• Experience in transferring inquiries to leads for New managements'
• Promoting the growth of the company
