The Company
Our client is a Top-tier Industrial business dominating in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.
The Role
In this role you will be gifted a clean, well-cared for portfolio where the Asset Manager is still in place. You will also have a dedicated Junior Asset Manager who takes care of much of the day to day including arrears, rent reviews, general repairs etc.
Your duties will include:
- Manage a mixed commercial / industrial portfolio of circa 200 properties
- Delegate tasks to your Junior Asset Manager
- Track lease expiries and option periods
- Instruct solicitors and coordinate the re-lease process
- Undertake periodic inspections and compile condition reports
- Oversee major works & maintenance
- Set and monitor budgets
- Chair weekly & periodic meetings with major clients
- General ad-hoc items
About You
- 2-5 years Commercial / Industrial Asset or Property Management experience
- Tech Savvy & a proficient user of REST preferred
- NSW Certificate of Registration or L.R.E.A
- Car and driver's license
- Polished presentation
- Outstanding client management & time management skills
