The Company
Ubertas is a growing, privately owned group with operations spanning property development, hospitality and property management.
A vacancy has arisen within the property management division for an experienced Residential Property Manager.
Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Property Manager you will be expected to provide first class service to both landlords and tenants, with quality communication being the cornerstone of your success.
This role will work closely with the Real Estate Team, managing an allocated apartment portfolio, with assistance from URE specialised leasing consultants and administration support.
Key Requirements
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good mediation skills, database and document management experience, strong working knowledge of Console, and ideally other PM related software. You will be results focused, will demonstrate a willingness to take the initiative and have (as a minimum) Real Estate Agent representative certification.
Have at least 2 years experience in the property industry. Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
