Building Manager Sydney Location $100K Package
Your new company
Our client is one of the world's largest and most prestigious Asset Management service providers in the CRE space. They are currently offering a growth opportunity within a client portfolio to take responsibility of a Commercial facility on the edge of the city.
Your new role
As the Building Manager you will be the owners representative for the facility ensuring compliance and safety as well as the highest level of customer service for the tenants. You will be managing the day to day tenant requests regarding the base building across Hard and Soft service provision. You will provide accurate reports for the owners, manage the WHS and building and environmental compliance. Planned and reactive maintenance scheduling and managing will be critical to keeping the facilities running and the clients happy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Building Manager opportunity you will have commercial or industrial building management experience within Australia, excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Ideally you will have a relevant building services trade background, and a focus on FM as a career. Computer literate, you will enjoy taking a proactive approach to a facility.
