Ongoing contract for an Asset Manager, Sydney CBD, up to $70 p/h

Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in the property industry with an existing key portfolio. Our client owns and manages a significant asset portfolio of commercial properties, they are currently seeking a dynamic Asset Manager to join their growing team.

Your new role

• Create and implement strategic plans for the assets
• Develop and manage key tenant/stakeholder relationships
• Maintain the lease and property management database to a high standard
• Develop and maintain a leasing and marketing strategy for the assets
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial control of assets, portfolio and funds
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• 3 years previous experience as a Property and Asset Manager
• Strong understanding of financial needs and budgets
• Negotiation skills to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience of online data systems
