Project Manager needed to manage the delivery of key new build and fit out projects.
Your new company
A global company has an immediate requirement for a Project Manager, on a permanent basis, to assist in the delivery of fit out and new build projects. A company that prides itself on its strong ethical practice, they are driven by a strong, co-operative team who are well respected and trusted.
Your new role
• You will deliver projects up to the value of $700,000 in a timely manner, ensuring deadlines are stuck too.
• You will oversee fit out projects alongside a new build of a school, and extension of an existing school.
• You will report and create dashboards for issuing.
• You will resolve client issues, dealing with requests in an appropriate and timely manner.
• You may be required to occasionally arrange quotes and be involved in some tendering.
• You will coordinate a team of 12, ensuring the smooth running of the project.
• You will manage 2 to 3 projects at a time.
• You will oversee risk management and defects and liability periods.
What you'll need to succeed
• Extensive experience in project management, demonstrating a history of assisting in the planning and delivery of projects.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S.
