Exciting opportunity for a Property Manager job within the public sector located close to Melbourne’s CBD.
Your new company
A public sector organisation located near the CBD is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a diverse range of property duties. This organisation has an interesting property portfolio and requires a Property Manager to assist with leasing, licensing and acquisition work.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Management of all facets of property including leasing, licencing, acquisitions and joint use agreements.
- Providing advice to the public on property matters.
- Adhere to land development processes, manage planning consultants, local authorities and sale negotiations.
- Oversee contracts.
- Writing briefs and reports to Senior Management.
- Dealing with road discontinuances.
- Disposing of land assets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing both freehold and Crown Land.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Customer-service focus.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Past employment within Local or State Government is highly advantageous.
